About the role

Northgate Cloud provides managed Kubernetes to mid-size engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Triage technical tickets from engineering customers

• Reproduce issues in test clusters

• Write internal runbooks

• Escalate to platform engineering with full context

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in technical support

• Working knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes

• Comfortable reading logs and stack traces

• Willing to work a rotating shift
