Cinder Software builds field service management tools. You will own the scheduling and dispatch area.

What you'll do

• Own roadmap for scheduling and dispatch

• Run discovery with field technicians and dispatchers

• Write clear specs and success metrics

• Partner with design and engineering through delivery

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product management

• B2B SaaS experience, ideally with operational users

• Strong analytical skills with SQL a plus

• Experience taking a product area from messy to clear
