• Schedule interviews across candidates and clients

• Keep the ATS clean and current

• Send candidate updates and reminders

• Support sourcers with research tasks

What we're looking for

• 1+ year in recruiting coordination or operations

• Very strong organisation and follow through

• Comfortable with Ashby or Greenhouse

• Overlap with US hours
