About the role

Quillstone builds AI writing tools for legal teams. This is a new role on a three person product team.

What you'll do

• Define and ship AI-powered features

• Design evaluation criteria for model output quality

• Work with legal domain experts on requirements

• Own the feedback loop from customers to roadmap

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in product management

• Shipped at least one LLM-backed feature

• Comfortable reading model evaluation results

• Strong written communication
