Ironvale is a data platform for retail chains. CSMs own renewals and expansion for a book of accounts.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding and adoption for mid-market accounts

• Run quarterly business reviews

• Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities

• Be the voice of the customer internally

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in customer success at a SaaS company

• Experience with a book of 20 to 40 accounts

• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

• Right to work in the UK
