About the role

Arclight Financial processes payments for European marketplaces. The payments team owns ledgering, reconciliation and payouts.

What you'll do

• Design and build payment ledger services in Go

• Own reconciliation pipelines end to end

• Work with compliance on audit requirements

• Take part in a light on-call rotation

What we're looking for

• 4+ years backend experience in Go, Java or Rust

• Experience with financial systems or double-entry ledgers

• Strong SQL and data modelling skills

• Right to work in the UK
